Are you looking for a gym with group classes in Mississauga? Don’t always have the time to make it to a scheduled class? Or are you looking for group classes in the water?
If you’re one, or all of these people, then PSB Fitness is the perfect gym for you.
PSB Fitness is a versatile gym with group classes in Mississauga. Also included are Virtual fitness classes to fit around your schedule. If that wasn’t good enough, we also have an Olympic sized pool with open swim, and group classes. All of this is included with your membership at an affordable price students can afford.
GROUP CLASS INFORMATION:
We have four studios strictly for group and virtual classes. As a member you will be able to join any of our regularly scheduled group classes by signing up in advance for the class via our app or in person at the front desk.
We have a studio dedicated to our virtual fitness classes as well, which can be signed out in 30 minute or 1 hour sessions via our app or at the front desk. Virtual Classroom already in use? No problem, either join their session or use one of our tablets for a personalized virtual workout on the floor.
Types of classes are included:
- Dance (Zumba, HipHop, Mixed)
- Cardio (Step, Boxing)
- Strength/Weight Training
- Martial Arts
- Mind & Body (Yoga, Pilates, Hot Yoga)

Group classes are great for those who like to socialize and workout. We understand that as a student there isn’t much time to fit everything in. Fitness tends to end up on the back burner when there’s a choice between hanging out with friends or working out. Well, now you can do both! Our group classes are for all levels! We also offer trial passes for friends of members so they can try it out too.
In addition to having a great time with your friends and staying fit. Fitness classes also help emotionally and mentally. According to healthline, working out regularly can make you feel happier, help with weight loss, increase your energy levels, improve your brain health and memory, help with relaxation and sleep, and reduce pain (Semeco, 2017).
We used to be students, so we understand. With the cost of travel, books, food, and bills, there isn’t much left over. That’s why we make it simple and affordable to keep fit.
Our prices are as low as $15/month! That’s only fifty cents a day! I bet you could find that in the couch cushions. You also get the benefit of having an all access pass to all of our classes.
