The Spheris Living App allows condominium managers to produce an effortless and luxurious experience for their tenants. We provide the opportunity to save time and maintain organization while supplying luxury condominium perks to meet residents’ needs. The Spheris App provides the choice to display tenants’ food consumption throughout the day, week, month and year on their Smart Fridge.
By connecting to Spheris to health apps, residents can see their caloric consumption, workout routines, calories burned, heart rate, blood pressure along with a series of other health related data.
Meal plans are also demonstrated and can be controlled through our app. It illustrates upcoming recipes or ingredients required to purchase on Spheris and the Smart Fridge’s digital screen. Contents of the fridge can also be displayed on both platforms, allowing a simple grocery list creation and shopping experience.
The lists can also be transferred to our partnering apps such as Uber Eats or Instacart to place secure orders with ease.
With the integration of our app, paired with the sound systems in each resident’s unit, we offer an experience that only used to be discovered outside of one’s home.
With the highest sound quality and resolution audio, our app controls the micro-speakers with voice activation technology. In the Spheris App, users can adjust the bass, treble, number of speakers, volume, surround sound, isolation, pitch, distortion and much more!
With the adaptive light settings, the ability to change the beat by flashing, dimming, changing colour or hue is also provided. Our application allows tenants to connect to their favourite music applications such as Spotify, Apple Music and even DJ apps like Serato for the ultimate party experience.
There are many other settings to be discovered if residents want a relaxing evening or a night with a dash of elegance.

By selecting optional movement/vibrational frequencies users will feel as if they are living in a movie. These frequencies adjust to any TV show, movie or sports game that is playing to ignite that experience.
The adaptive lighting settings within the living room/condo also blend into each scene of the movie. Users can adjust the dimming, spotlights, specific pot lights, colour change, warm tones, cool tones, and brightness to allow for a catered experience.
