Our women’s fitness classes prioritize your mental and physical health, so you can feel your best both inside and out. Also, don’t worry mothers, we offer convenient childcare services so that you can prioritize your health and fitness without any worries.

Our women-operated studio offers a variety of classes to ensure that every woman can find something that interests her. Women’s Group Fitness Classes
We offer classes to help women prioritize their mental and physical health and become part of a community. Here are some of the classes that our studio offers:
Yoga: Designed to help you find inner peace and strength while improving your flexibility, balance, and mindfulness. Our experienced instructors will guide you through each pose and help you deepen your practice.
Zumba: A high-energy dance workout that combines Latin and international music with easy-to-follow dance moves. They are designed to be fun, challenging, and effective, helping you burn calories and get fit while having a blast.
Dance Classes: We offer a variety of dance classes including Ballet, Hip-Hop, Contemporary, and Jazz. They are designed to help you improve your flexibility, balance, and coordination while having fun and expressing yourself through movement.
Pilates: Focus on building core strength and stability, improving posture, and increasing flexibility. Our experienced instructors will guide you through each move, helping you build a strong, healthy body from the inside out.
Kettlebells: Designed to help you build strength and endurance while improving your cardio fitness. Our experienced instructors will guide you through each move, helping you get the most out of your workout.
Weightlifting: Designed to help you build strength and confidence through lifting weights. Our experienced instructors will guide you through each lift, helping you perfect your form and achieve your fitness goals.

For only $30/month, you will have access to unlimited classes at both our Mississauga and Brampton locations.
Get the most out of your fitness journey with our all-inclusive affordable membership package! We offer a range of classes specifically designed for women of all fitness levels, including Pilates, Zumba, Yoga, Dance, and more. Plus, as a member, you’ll receive free spa treatments to help you relax and rejuvenate after your workout. Our childcare services are also included in the membership fee, ensuring that busy moms can prioritize their fitness journey without any worries. At our all women’s fitness studio, we understand that life can get busy. That’s why we extended our hours to accommodate the busy schedules of women, making it easier for you to prioritize your health and fitness goals.
Monday – Friday: 7 am – 11 pm
Saturday – Sunday: 8 am – 8 pm
