With this brand-new package, we are allowing groups of people to purchase joint memberships at a discounted price. All of the participants in the group will have interconnected gym profiles and payment plans to help guarantee your satisfaction. If you already have an individual membership, you can visit our Mississauga PSB Fitness location and get your membership transferred. 1. Common Package for the general public

  • Anyone over the age of 18
  • Costs $25 a month, with no signup fee
  • Requires a 12-month contract which can be broken for $99.

2. Sheridan Super Package

  • Any student currently enrolled at Sheridan College.
  • Requires their Student ID card for proof when registering.
  • Costs $15 a month, with no signup fee

    We divide the classes in to three categories warmup, skill component and the workout of the day. The warmup is the basis of skill so, you are prepared for what comes next. Skilled or strength exercises are designed to enhance your ability to do some exercises such as jumprope double-under.The last step is workout of the day, in which you have to do a exercise that we give you in a specific amount of time.
