Getting to Know the PSB Fitness and Our Yoga & Pilates Class in Mississauga:
PSB Fitness is found by two PSB graduates, Jessie and Matt. Jessie has 7 years of experience as a fitness instructor at GoodLife Fitness. Matt is a certified personal trainer with 5 years of experience and 15 existing clients. The new fitness will be located near Sheridan College at the Hazel McCallion Campus. Our PSB Fitness’s mission is to strengthen and connect both the mind and the body to create newer confidence in ourselves.
Our PSB Fitness location will be at 4225 Living Arts Drive, Mississauga ON L5B 0E6.
Now let us get into the knowing the Yoga & Pilates class more. We will be learning Vinyasa Yoga and the Pilates Hundred. Our class will always start the same, simple but end differently with a bit more challenging poses throughout the seven days of the week and repeat. So if you miss the class, you won’t feel behind at all. Yoga & Pilates are all about patient and self-discovery. It is totally fine to not be able to do a certain pose as a first timer, you can always try again or put yourself into a child’s resting pose.
- Pre-class: eat 4 hours before attending the class; bring required equipment with you, especially water to stay hydrate; wear comfortable clothes
- Post-class: 10 minutes rest; a nice warm bath or shower; deep breathing; 30 minutes to 1-hour nap to relax the mind and body
