Hello Sheridan Students! By now we trust you are aware of how important a quality fitness routine is for a balanced healthy student lifestyle. It is important to consider the following in order to achieve this lifestyle. First as a student we know time is of the essence with several lectures, assignments, quizzes and exams constantly popping up it can be difficult to manage your time and achieve more balanced healthy lifestyle. Especially with most students also working full or part-time. That is why time management is so important to achieve both academic and personal goals simultaneously. Using time management try to fit in a few workouts a week along with enough rest time so you can still complete academic duties on time. We also trust you know that diet is just as important to achieving this lifestyle and taking full advantage of your workout routines, hence why it is a balance. Living a balanced healthy lifestyle is not something that is out of reach even if as a student your budget is tight, or you can’t seem to find the time to work out. At PSB fitness our mission is to provide Sheridan’s students with flexible, affordable and quality services that can meet the needs of any student regardless of how high or low their budget is or how much free time they have available to allocate to fitness. That is why at PSB fitness our gym membership is offered in three separate tiers to best meet the specific fitness and wellness needs of each student that signs up for our services and facility. The following is a breakdown of each of these three tiers including benefits and pricing.
Our Membership Tiers:
Tier 1 (Budget): This membership option is the cheapest of the three and offers students basic access to free weights and machines. This membership costs $30.
Tier 2 (All Amenities): This membership offers the same utilities as the first tier with additional access to the gym’s swimming pool, track, and dance/yoga studio. This membership costs $60.
Tier 3 (Training): this tier will be the most expensive and will offer all the utilities and amenities available as well as a personal training package. This package provides students with a health and fitness plan, training assistance and more to keep them on track to their fitness goals. It will also provide third tier members with three personal training or Nutritionist sessions (these 3 sessions can be interchanged between training and nutrition) each month to keep them on track of their personal fitness plan. This membership costs $110 with the option of paying $30 per session for any additional training/consulting. As you can see, we put a lot of time and research into creating the best possible options for our Sheridan students. Each of these tiers was designed with student needs in mind and priced accordingly. We are proud to say that by offering the first tier (budget) we can say we are one of the cheapest gyms for students in Mississauga and Brampton. While still offering all of the free weights and machines needed to work out any desired muscle group. The second tier offers even more services/amenities such as the swimming pool, track and yoga/dance studio. We offer this as an additional cost because we understand not every student will require these amenities so why should they pay for them? Also did we mention our gym has no contracts or cancellation fees! Our third and final tier is the training package. With this option students will get the help and guidance they need from our team of personal trainers and dietitians to meet their unique personal health and fitness goals.
