PSB Fitness – A blend of Yoga and Pilates designed for Students

We understand the hardships students encounter in their day-to-day life, from managing study-life to work-life. There is something that students don’t give importance to, which is their health, both mental and physical, for which we have designed a solution for students: PBS Fitness, which consists of a blend of Yoga and Pilates. And the good news is that it’s coming soon, Sheridan College at both Davis and HMC Campus. It will function as a 2-in-1 class that starts with low-intensity Yoga to medium-intensity Pilates, depending on your level.

A blend of Yoga and Pilates is an excellent exercise for the mind and body. Practicing Yoga and Pilates offers many health benefits, including healthy well being, peace of mind, increased focus and concentration, etc. It has its significance since ancient times and has helped many practitioners live a calm and peaceful life.

Top Benefits of Yoga and Pilates

Better blood circulation: Transporting nutrients and oxygen throughout your body providing healthier organs, skin, and brain.

Increased Energy: Regular Yoga and Pilates practice provides consistent energy. Many practitioners stated that you would feel energized after your yoga session rather than tired when you perform yoga.

Improves Flexibility and Posture: Regular yoga practice stretches and tones the body muscles and also makes them strong. It also helps improve your body posture when you stand, sit, sleep, or walk, which would help relieve body pain.
