BRUIN’S BRUNO NEW DRINK LAUNCH!

The Bruin’s Bruno is our signature coffee with a twist! We have infused gin into the drink, to give it a punch of flavor without being overpowering. This drink is named after our Sheridan mascot, the Bruin’s and we plan to create the same buzz that goes along with our school. This drink can also be customized, where the customer can choose their choice of alcohol, to add a personal element to their drink. Any of our items can be paired with our infused/regular desserts to compliment the taste.

MORNING DISCOUNTS!

We have many discounts for students during the morning hours, as well as during special events. The Bruin’s Bruno has a special discount when Sheridan college makes a team victory for any sports/team competition. This is a way for our café to show support for the Sheridan students and faculty. Our café offers infused coffee that has not entered Brampton yet! We plan to skyrocket the love for these beverages and make it part of every Sheridan students/faculty’s day.

NEW EVENTS HELD AT THE CAFE!

We offer different menu items twice a month, ‘International day’, allowing for a mix of food options. Our international food items will be posted and advertised on our social media, in advance, to allow our guests time to browse the menu. We will, also, have flyers and a board posted outside of our café to remind our guests of upcoming events or promotions regarding our products. During our game’s night, we will have board games for guests to play with friends, family, significant others etc. This can create a way for everyone in our café to have fun while enjoying our menu items. Our goal is to have the idea of infused coffee become mainstream and popular amongst our customer base. The idea is linked to our café name and allow for more exposure amongst our customers.

PROMO’S AND DISCOUNTS!

We run contests, during promotional periods, for users who tag or use our café hashtag in their social media posts. They can win a free Bruin’s Bruno and 50% off any choice of one dessert. This will give an incentive for our customers to post and tag our café in their posts while hoping to create a buzz on social media. Two nights during the week, we will have open mic nights where groups or individuals can sign up to use or mics. This will allow our guests to vocalize any talents or to just have fun with their peers. We want to create more buzz for Sheridan College on many different platforms to increase exposure and interest. Our ‘infused drinks’ idea is a unique idea that has not penetrated many areas outside of Toronto. This allows us to be one of the first to bring it into a smaller city with big goals.

PERSONALIZED VISIT EVERY TIME!

We will use our unique and creative menu to attract our customers and have them choosing us every time. Our products come in both infused and non-infused options, with most of our drinks being completely customizable. This will be our factor of differentiation and it will carry most of the weight for creating the ‘personal’ experience. We will, also, put write the names of our customers on the cup to add a relationship aspect amongst our team and customers. Our café has a open and friendly demeanor to its style. We have both sofa’s and coffee dining options to give our guest’s more versatility when they come to our café. The café is spaced out and has a neutral look to be more subtle on the eyes when looking around. Our lights will be dimmed, in certain areas, to create a ‘relaxed’ atmosphere.
