New Sports Gym in Mississauga! Why should you join?

When it comes to individuals trying to achieve their fitness goals, they are faced with conventional workout practices that are effective but may become stagnant overtime which then lead to individuals steering away from working out. However here at sports plus fitness we want to change that by implementing various diverse and dynamic workout plans which will show results with the excitement of something new as well. Located in Mississauga Ontario connected to the Sheridan HMC campus, sports plus is a new gym being launched to attract/ bring together the community around Sheridan campus. the implementation of different types of workouts can teach beginners at the gym expert practices while also giving avid gym goers new concepts to grasp which they can perfect. You can think of Sports Plus as a breath of fresh of air. All of these services will be provided with affordable pricing as it is catering to the students of Sheridan College. We understand that everyone but especially students are on a budget so the gym should fit in their budgets. What will we be offering?

CARDIO TRAINING

Intense cardio sessions similar to the training of boxing and martial arts. circuit training helps enhance your cardiovascular fitness, it improves your muscle endurance, and it makes your stamina a lot better. Especially
for women, sports related training could help you lose weight faster than any diet would. Sports related training is very effective in making sure you are fit, and your fitness is at the highest level.

 

UNDERSTANDING YOUR BODY

We will be involving a variation of weight free  training as well. Athletes utilize their core body strength as they play their respective sports ad we want to do the same with our clients. Also, when providing this weight free fitness training, it can help clients do those workouts at home as well when they do not have time to come to the gym, this will just help with there busy lifestyles while also providing them knowledge they can keep forever.

GUIDANCE FROM THE BEST

Our trainers will be there for any assistance and guidance. We will also be offering diet plans inspired from athlete diets. These will be offered as an extra cost if the client wishes to use it. Think of it as just additional things we offer for people who want it and can afford it.

Fast paced learning:- It will be easy if you implement training in sports as you will get a proper training for developing yourself, So you need not need to waste the time to think for plan for how to do the sports exercise proper guidance will be provided in the starting which will save your time.

BOXING TOURNMENTS

We will be having tournaments in boxing’s and mixed martial arts. Clients who have trained with our staff in the fighting realm will be able to join a free tournament where they can show the skills they have learned. This will create more excitement amongst clients and allow them to learn more intense level training.

INJURY PERVENTION

Prevention of injuries:- Our staff will provide the correct advice and knowledge so clients do not harm themselves and avoid mild to serious injuries. We here at Sports Plus value not only your safety but also the safety of others.

WANT A DRINK? WE HAVE THAT!

there will also be a smoothie and snack bar located inside the gym. The products will be affordable but deathly as we understand its difficult to find that balance in most cases. The menu will be alternating everyday with unique specials and unique smoothies, pre work out drinks, and post workout protein shakes. With all those we will be providing normal drinks such as water, energy drinks and sports drinks like gatorade as well.
