3. Heel-to-toe walking

4. Seated Leg Lifts

  • While sitting, lift one leg at a time, hold for a few seconds, then lower.
  • Strengthens thighs and improves knee stability.

5. Gentle stretching

  • Focus on calves, hamstrings, and back.
  • Improves flexibility, reduces stiffness, and supports safe movement.
