You’re not alone. Our persona, Alex Chen, knows this struggle all too well. Between classes, work, and trying to have a social life, “getting fit” often falls to the bottom of the list. The thought of a crowded, intimidating gym with an expensive membership is the opposite of appealing.
But what if fitness came to you? What if you could get a great workout without changing your schedule?

Fitness on Your Time . That’s the idea behind the Bruin Burn, a new kind of fitness experience from Bruin Fitness. We know you’re busy, so we’re bringing the workout to you. Forget the commute and the locker rooms. Our free campus fitness classes pop up right where you are—on the quad, in a spare classroom, or in the residence common room.
The 15-Minute Solution
We get it. Your time is valuable. Between back-to-back lectures, group projects, and squeezing in a shift at work, finding a full hour for the gym just isn’t realistic. That’s why our signature Bruin Burn sessions are intentionally just 15 minutes long. But don’t let the short timeframe fool you, these sessions are high-energy, effective, and designed to be done in your everyday clothes. No fancy gear, no long showers afterwards, no stress.

Here’s the idea:
Think of it as a “brain break” that actually benefits your body. Science shows that short bursts of high-intensity activity can boost your focus, reduce stress, and improve your mood for hours afterwards. So, when you’re stuck on a tough problem or feel that afternoon slump coming on, a 15-minute Bruin Burn is the perfect reset. It’s a quick burst of activity to recharge your brain, boost your energy, and break up long hours of studying. It’s fitness that fits into a class break, not the other way around. You show up, you move, you crush the rest of your day.

The Bruin Burn doesn’t end when the pop-up is over. At every event, you’ll see a QR code. Scan it, and you’re taken to our exclusive mobile content library. Here, you’ll find a growing collection of “Bruin Burn” workouts you can do anytime, anywhere. Need a quick core session in your dorm room? There’s a video for that. Want a guided stretch after a long library session? We’ve got that too. This is micro-access fitness, giving you the tools you need, exactly when you need them.
