PSB Fitness is not just a gym it’s a community. Our mission is to make our members come and feel supported by our staff and their peers. PSB welcomes students, staff and the community to our large facilities located in Sheridan College’s Mississauga and Brampton campuses. With accessible and nearby transportation, you can come to our locations 7 days a week Monday-Friday 6 am-11 pm and Saturday-Sunday 7 am-9 pm.

PSB Fitness offers a variety of membership options and payment plans to allow for flexibility and cater to our members’ needs. We want to provide everyone with a plan that is suitable for them. Membership flexibility and pricing are important so that members are not only healthy for their bodies but for their pockets too!
Memberships can be paid in full or monthly.
Pricing Level 1 General Bronze Card membership is $40.00 a month
Pricing level 2 Silver Card membership is $50.00 a month
Pricing Level 3 Gold Card membership is $65.00 a month
Pricing level 4 Diamond Card membership is $80.00 a month
Each member has specific benefits included with each plan, making them unique and beneficial to each member.
Group Fitness Class Schedule
PSB offers our clients a wide range of classes that cater to their interests. Whether it’s Shadow Boxing, HIIT, or Zumba, our club will give you fun classes and instructors to guide you to your goals. Join and get the spotting you need. Our class schedules range from Sundays to Saturdays with different timings that best suit our members.
Our Loyalty Rewards and Swag
PSB Fitness provides members with a reward point system. This allows members to stack up points and use them for our SWAG or the supplement station where you can earn free drinks or snacks.
Here at PSB Fitness, we value our members and want to provide them with gear to stand out. Our members are proud to be part of PSB! Our SWAG includes hoodies, t-shirts, shaker bottles, duffle bags and hats. When you sign up, you are entitled to 2 free SWAG items of your choice!
Personal Training
PSB lives by our motto “Get the Spotting You Need” as it signifies what we do every day for our members. PSB is here to guide our members with on-sight personnel or “Spotters” and our personal trainers. Our team will provide you with a safe learning environment to result in you achieving your goals. We also have personal training packages that vary and offer different services that suit our members. Contact the front desk for more information on our top-of-the-line personal training.
Supplement / Nutrition Bar
PSB offers supplements and nutrition bars to provide our members with healthy food choices which can help them achieve their goals. Do you ever have a busy day where you couldn’t wait to get to the gym but forgot to bring your pre-workout shake? Worry no more as our supplement store has got you covered offering a wide range of flavours for pre and post-workouts as well as protein shakes and many more. A supplement bar is included in select memberships, other memberships will pay separately for shakes.
