Yoga and Aerobic Classes
If you are someone who is into stretches rather than weight lifting, there are also yoga and aerobic rooms with classes available for you to stretch your muscles and go through relaxation techniques to calm your mind. These meditation rooms are equipped with candles and soothing music to relax you in case you feel stressed and need a calm environment to meditate.
