What is PSB Fitness Gym?
Welcome to the new PSB fitness gym located at HMC and Davis with its very own supplement bar. At this gym we are all about supporting our customers through the entire process of signing up, providing them with quality equipment that will allow for a complete well-rounded workout. If a customer prefers something more interactive, we also offer the service of organized sports and recreational workouts. What truly differentiates us from the competition is that we also offer a unique supplement bar.
Often times, when someone goes to the gym, they go with someone, whether that person is there to motivate them, or help them lift weights, that person is usually referred to as a spotter. However, we at PSB fitness understand that it is not easy to coordinate schedules with other people. We make it our mission to act as your spotter, and help you reach your fitness goals.
Our Supplement Bar
We at PSB fitness truly take the time to understand what our customers want out of their fitness goal and how they can best achieve the. At our unique supplement bar, customers can get protein bars and shakes, pre-workouts, nutritional help such as one on one meetings to develop customized meal plans, as well as many other supplements. We will not only provide ready made products for consumption but also provide individual items such as protein and pre-workout powder, and shaker bottles so that customers can re-supply themselves with the fuel they need. We not only provide nutritional information about our products, we will also provide customers the option of signing up for our one on one sessions, where they can get customized meal plans to reach their fitness goals. These meal plans will work in tandem with your customized workout.
A Well-rounded workout at PSB
Here at PSB fitness, we provide a variety of equipment. We understand that not everyone is going to have the same workout goals in mind. The equipment ranges form cardio machines, to free weights, with a special section for stretching and other physical exercises to take place. Our variety of machines will allow customers to hit workouts throughout the week, from chest days to leg days. As mentioned above, our staff will also be present if you require assistance with lifting heavier weights. We also offer personal training service for customers who are unsure of where to start or even veteran customers who are looking to push to the next level.
PSB Fitness rates for HMC and Davis
We offer 4 different pricing levels categorized from bronze to diamond:
- Pricing level 1 general Bronze card gym membership is $40.00 a month
- Pricing level 2 Silver card gym membership is $50.00 a month
- Pricing level 3 Gold card gym membership is $65.00 a month
- Pricing level 4 Diamond card gym membership is $80.00 a month
Each membership has specific benefits included with the monthly plan which makes them unique and beneficial to each member. We offer this range of pricing levels, with varying services offered at level, to accommodate all clients. We understand that customers may not want to take advantage of all the services we offer, and may simply want to get a quick workout in, through their busy schedule.
Location: HMC and Davis
We are conveniently located at Sheridan College, specifically the HMC and Davis branches. HMC is located across from Square One shopping mall in Mississauga and is very close to the Bus station. It is also possible to take the Miway transit directly to the Davis Campus as well as a Shuttle service for Students to travel between the campuses.
