PSB Fitness is a fitness club for Sheridan College students located within the GTA. We pride ourselves on being able to offer our students a wide selection of facilities, equipment, activities and trainers that can be enjoyed by everyone. As a variety gym located in HMC, We hold a appropriate location near Square One.
Our Gym offers a robust and wide range of weight training equipment ranging anywhere from dumbbells to machines. We also offer a wide selection of cardio equipment; treadmills, ellipticals bicycles, etc…
We also online fitness classes available to students in the evening times if it suits there schedule more rather than the day time.
At PSB Fitness, through the expertise of our personal trainers and the ability to customize your schedule, you be able to achieve your goals in a way that fits your routine. We offer all students at Sheridan College a 1 week free trial in order to allow our facilities to speak for themselves!
PSB Fitness is pleased to be able to provide trainers for those students more serious ambitions for their fitness goals and would like to get more out of the experience. When you’re speaking to one of our personal trainers, rest assured, your speaking to an expert!

- Boxing (Tuesdays & Thursdays) @ 7:00pm
- Kick Boxing (Mondays & Wednesdays) @ 6:30pm
- Yoga (Mondays & Thursdays) @ 6:00pm
- Plyometrics (Mondays & Tuesdays) @ 8:00pm
- Zumba (Fridays & Saturdays) @7:15pm
Our standard membership is $24.99 per month. You won’t be committed to your membership; you may cancel at any time with out any additional fees.
PSB Fitness will be open and available to students 24/7. Trainers will not be available 24/7 but almost all facilities will be available to students.
