Due to COVID-19, a mess is created in the lives of people and people think it is not safe to go outside so for them PSB offers training tutorials. Using these tutorials, People can do workout anywhere at any time without any restrictions. Moreover, if people are having problem, instructors are there for them. People can communicate with them at any time.
