Learn to plan out your meals in advance – this could be weekly, bi-weekly, or even monthly. We help you create a schedule and a selection of recipes to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner a breeze. Keeping you on track, and less likely to buy unhealthy alternatives that will cost you more. Also, this class includes meal prepping for the week, easy ways to have lunches and meals ready to go in the fridge.
Grocery Lists and Budgeting
This class will make trips to the grocery store quick and easy. Going in with a list and a plan will reduce the number of trips to the grocery store and will help you buy what you actually need for the week.
