PSB Fitness is much more than just a gym. At PSB Fitness, you will feel a sense of community. PSB Fitness opens its doors to Sheridan students, staff and the community to our large facilities located in Sheridan College’s Mississauga and Brampton campuses. PSB gym is open late and we look forward to seeing you soon!
FLEXIBLE MEMBERSHIPS
PSB Fitness offers four different membership options, each with its own pricing and benefits, to allow for flexibility to our members’ needs. Membership flexibility and pricing are important so that members are not only healthy for their bodies but for their pockets too!
General Bronze Card membership is $40.00 per month
Silver Card membership is $50.00 per month
Gold Card membership is $65.00 per month
Diamond Card membership is $80.00 per month
Bronze Card Membership: Our Bronze Card Membership is our most affordable option, priced at $40.00 per month. This membership includes access to our gym equipment, locker rooms, and showers during our regular operating hours.
Silver Card Membership: Our Silver Card Membership is priced at $50.00 per month and includes all the benefits of our Bronze Card Membership, as well as access to our group fitness classes and personal training sessions.
Gold Card Membership: Our Gold Card Membership is priced at $65.00 per month and includes all the benefits of our Silver Card Membership, as well as discounts on our supplements and protein bars.
Diamond Card Membership: Our Diamond Card Membership is priced at $80.00 per month. This membership includes all the benefits of our Gold Card Membership, as well as priority access to our equipment and facilities, and special perks such as complimentary towels and water bottles.
GROUP CLASSES
PSB Fitness offers our clients a wide range of classes within a group setting. This helps you stay more motivated, allows you to meet new like minded people , and work in a team environment. Whether it is sports, HIIT, or Zumba, our club will give you fun and engaging classes with experienced instructors to guide you to your goals. Join in and get the spotting you need.
SUPPLEMENTS BAR
Get refreshed and energized with on the go healthy supplements and select food choices! We offer supplements, protein, shakes, and more to help fuel your day. Your day will always be energized and healthy while still maintaining a tasty treat to help reach your fitness goals.
LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM
PSB Fitness provides members with a reward points system. This is our thank you for being a member with us. This allows members to accumulate points and use them for rewards such as our SWAG or at the supplements bar station where you can earn free drinks or snacks.
Here at PSB Fitness, we value our members and want to provide them with gear to stand out and embrace their loyalty. Our members are proud to be part of PSB Fitness! Our SWAG includes hoodies, t-shirts, shaker bottles, duffle bags and hats. When you sign up as a member, you are entitled to 2 free SWAG items of your choice!
