Implementing a Nutritional Strategy

PSB fitness will be offering a customized workout plan, as well as a customized meal plan by one of our two owners. This FREE offering is valid for the first 150 students who sign up at PSB fitness. By offering personalized plans, we can ensure that our customers can fulfill their needs with our current machines and food offerings.
