Welcome to Women’s Workout Classes at Sheridan College HMC & Davis Campus! Our workout classes offer a variety of classes and spa treatments to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.

At the Women’s Fitness Center Program at Sheridan College, we understand that women have unique health and fitness needs. That’s why we offer a range of classes and services designed specifically for women, including group fitness classes, spa treatments, and more.

Our Services

Group Fitness Classes

Our group fitness classes are designed to be fun, challenging, and effective. We offer a variety of classes to suit every fitness level and interest, including:

Zumba: A high-energy dance workout that combines Latin and international music with easy-to-follow dance moves.

Dance Fitness: A fun and upbeat workout that combines dance and cardio to help you burn calories and tone your body.

Strength Training: A full-body workout that uses resistance training to build muscle, increase strength, and improve overall fitness.

Our experienced and certified instructors are passionate about helping women achieve their fitness goals. They will provide you with guidance and support as you work toward a healthier, stronger, and more confident you.

Sauna/Spa Treatments

Our sauna and spa treatments provide the perfect way to relax and rejuvenate after a workout. We offer a range of treatments, including:

Sauna: Relax and detoxify in our sauna, which can help improve circulation, reduce stress, and promote overall health.

Massages: Our massage therapists offer a range of massage techniques to help relieve tension, reduce pain, and improve mobility.
